Alabama Power amending business hours statewide

Alabama Power announced today it is adjusting its business office operations located throughout the state to protect the health of its customers, employees and communities.

The adjustment is on a temporary basis, according to a release.

During the adjusted operations our offices will maintain a number of services for customers including 24/7 payment kiosks, drop boxes or drive thru options. Customers can find locations at www.alabamapower.com/findanoffice.

Customers may also manage their energy accounts from home through our website, by phone or by mail. Authorized payment locations at retailers are also available for customers to make a payment. This temporary business office change began on Friday, March 20 at 5 pm and will remain in effect until further notice.

Alabama Power cares about our customers and the communities that we are honored to serve. Like many other businesses, the company continues to take proactive actions to protect customer and employee health while ensuring customers’ needs are met during this unprecedented time.
