CENTURY, Fla. - Mrs. Linda Kay McMinn Breckenridge, 63, of Freedom Road in Century , Fla. passed away Thursday Oct. 16, 2008 at a Jay, Fla. medical facility. She was a native of Craig, Colo., former resident of Red Lodge, Mont. before moving to Escambia County, Fla. 25 years ago. Mrs. Breckenridge was a bookkeeper/manager in the food industry and a former co-owner/operator of David’s Catfish.
Survivors include her husband of 41 years, George Breckenridge of Atmore; two sons, George (Tonya) Breckenridge of Pensacola and Terrence (Becki) Breckenridge of Brewton; one brother, Clayton McMinn of Ariz. and three grandchildren, George Andrew Breckenridge, Christopher Breckenridge and Jackson Breckenridge.
Visitation was held from 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home in Brewton.
Memorial services were held at 6 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 at Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home with Dr. Ed Glaize officiating and Williams Memorial Chapel Funeral Home of Brewton directing. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Flomaton Public Library.
