ATMORE - Stanley Winters, 66, of Atmore died Monday, Oct. 20, 2008 in Atmore. He was an accountant of his own tax firm and was born in Detroit, Mich. on April 17, 1942 to the late Jesse and Alice Dilde Winters.
His wife, Linda June, his parents and one sister, Jesse Ruth Brazil, preceded him in death.
Survivors include, one son, Keith Winters and wife, Jennifer of Atmore; one daughter, Jacqualine Steele; two brothers, Lee Winters and wife, Maureen of Tenn. and Michael Winters and wife, Kathy of Sterling, Ill.; two sisters, Joyce Weintraube of Sterling, Ill. and Diane Gikes and husband, Troy of Ohio and four grandchildren, Morgan Winters, Cody Cousin, Nicholas and Shawn.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc. of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
