ATMORE - Mrs. Lillie Bell Little, 87, of Atmore died Monday, Nov. 17, 2008 at the residence of a relative in Camden.
Mrs. Little was a native of Uriah and had lived in Atmore for most of her life. She had worked as a farmer and was a member of Liberty Missionary Baptist Church in Atmore.
Her daughter, Lillie Ann Little-Brown; her husband, Joe Louis Little; her parents, Sallie Milton and Jimmy Marshall; her siblings, Edrena, Lillie Ann, Inez, Retha Mae, Lillie Bell, Clinton, Peter, John Thomas, Jimmy Jr. and Adolph, all preceded her in death.
Those left to cherish her memories include, one sister, Willie Mae Wesley of Hainesville, Ga.; three brothers, Willie Lee (Dorothy) Marshall of Atmore, Arthur Marshall of Pensacola, Fla. and John E. (Elizabeth) Marshall of Albany, N.Y.; cousins and caregivers, Clastine and Rosie McNeal of Camden and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2008 at Liberty Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Lucious Fair, pastor, officiating. Interment followed in Fairview Cemetery with Turner Funeral Chapel, LLC. directing.
