An Atmore teenager, Gary Joe McGhee Jr., was killed in an accident at approximately 5:15 Tuesday night on Curtis Road four miles north of Atmore.
McGhee was traveling on a 2006 Suzuki ATV when he collided head on with a 1983 Ford pick up truck.
Doris Godwin, a passenger in the Ford truck, was injured and taken to Atmore Community Hospital.
The accident is being investigated by the Alabama State Trooper’s Office.
