One murder case tops the list of approximately 149 other cases with various charges, which are scheduled to appear in the upcoming Criminal Court Term of Court for the Twenty-First Judicial Circuit Court. The docket has been issued and cases will begin Monday, Dec. 8, 2008, at 8:30 a.m.
