PENSACOLA, Fla. – Mr. Thomas Evans Qualls, 55, passed away Monday, Dec. 15, 2008 in Pensacola, Fla.
Mr. Qualls was a native of Goodway and a resident of Pensacola, Fla. for the past 48 years. He was an employee of Solutia for 36 years, an avid fisherman and outdoorsman and attended the Baptist church.
Survivors include, two sons, Jeremy and Jennifer Qualls of Pensacola, Fla. and Justin Sydney Qualls of Pensacola, Fla; father and stepmother, Thomas and Gladys Qualls of Atmore; mother and stepfather, Lois and Lawrence McKinley of Pensacola, Fla. and a sister, Debbie and Craig Baldwin of Milton, Fla.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 19, 2008 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Jimmy Lancaster officiating. Burial followed at Sowell Old Field Cemetery.
Visitation was held from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2008 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers were Everette Parker, Jon Jay Parker, Kenny Rolin, J.J. Hanson, Greg Petty and James Andy Balmus. Honorary pallbearers were Scott Barkley and David Jones.
