STOCKTON - Mrs. Frances Kay Comalander, 68, passed away Thursday, March 12, 2009 at a Baldwin County hospital.
Frances was a native of Meridian, Miss., a resident of Stockton for the past 40 years, a loving wife, mother and grandmother and attended the Baptist Church.
Survivors include, two sons, James and Becky Comalander of Stockton and Earl Lindsey of San Leon, Texas; two daughters, Melanie and Joe Short of White House Fork and Gayle Jarman of San Leon, Texas; four grandchildren; three brothers, Frank Singleton, Ronnie Singleton and J.T. Singleton, all of Mobile and three sisters, Fay Boyinghton of Perdido, Beatrice Denmark of Leakesville, Miss. and Sandra Hester of Mobile.
Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, March 14, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home with the Rev. Frank Singleton officiating. Burial followed at Stockton cemetery. Visitation was held fro m 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. Friday, March 13, 2009 at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
