ATMORE - Mrs. Luverne Conway, 70, of Atmore passed away Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2009.
She was born April 1, 1939 in Monroe County and had been a resident of Atmore for the past 50 years.
Her parents, Dan and Bertie Wilson Williams, preceded her in death.
Survivors include her daughter, Susan (Timothy) Adams of Flomaton; son, Randolph (Debra) Conway of Perdido; sister, Pauline Hicks of Natasulga; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted on Monday, Dec. 28, 2009 at 11 a.m. in the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home with the Rev. James Boyd officiating. Interment followed in the Travelers Rest Cemetery in Flomaton.
The family received family and friends on Sunday evening from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. in the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home was in charge of all arrangements.
