The Escambia Academy Lady Cougars volleyball team will be one of four teams competing today in the Alabama Independent Schools’ Association AA state tournament at Faulkner University in Montgomery.

EA battles Lee-Scott Academy at 4 p.m. today. The winner of that game advances to the state championship against the winner of an earlier match between Macon-East and Kingwood.

The championship will be played at 7 p.m.
