Historian needs help finding photo

Dear Editor,
From Sept. 14, 1966, through Nov. 24, 1966, raged the largest operation to date in Vietnam. In “Operation Attleboro,” which is named after my city in Massachusetts, 155 U.S. soldiers lost their lives.
One of the men killed was SPC4 James Matthew Kelly of Atmore. In my attempt to honor the men who died, I am updating the Vietnam Wall Memorial, Wall of Faces Website. Kelly’s photo is missing and any help I can get in locating a photo would be greatly appreciated.
Kelly was born on Jan. 30, 1946, began his tour in Vietnam on April 22, 1966, and was killed on Nov. 8, 1966. Please help me ensure he is never forgotten for his sacrifice.
Kelly is only one of six missing photos from Atmore. If you know of anyone who lost their life in Vietnam and have a picture of them, I would be more than happy to load it on the database. None should be forgotten. The other photos missing are: Jack E. Clemmons, Larry E. Gonzalez, Alan T. Merritt IV, Elmer J. Taylor and Larry B. Thomas.
