Sheriff’s Office arrests from Feb. 8 through Feb. 14

The following charges were filed with the Escambia County Sheriff’s Department for the week of Feb. 8, 2014 through Feb. 14, 2014.
Feb. 8
• Daniel C. Mather, 28, male, of Freemanville Road, Atmore, was charged with third-degree domestic violence harassment and interference with domestic violence emergency call.
• Jon B. Still, 44, male, of Still Farm Road, Atmore, was charged with domestic strangulation and resisting arrest.
Feb. 9
• Harry Long, 45, male, of Forrest Avenue, East Brewton, was charged with failure to appear.
Feb. 10
• James McNeil, 25, male, of Trammell Street, Atmore, was charged with failure to appear.
• Tony Waderker, 34, male, of Red Wood Drive, Atmore, was charged with second-degree theft of property.
Feb. 11
• William L. Stanley, 39, male, of Damascus Road, Brewton, was charged with third-degree domestic violence assault.
• Willie Powers, 53, male, of East Ashley Street, Atmore, was charged with driving under the influence.
Feb. 13
• William J. Everett, 42, male, of U.S. Highway 31, Brewton, was charged with writ of arrest.
• Tasha L. Spivey, 29, female, of U.S. Highway 31, Brewton, was charged with third-degree theft of property.
Feb. 14
• Johnny C. Addison, 48, male, of Brooks Street, Brewton, was charged with violation of probation.
• Eric W. Haskew, 25, male, of Mantel Street, Brewton, was charged with obedience to police.
• Russell E. Jones, 23, male, of Woodchuck Lane, Brewton, was charged with second-degree receiving stolen property, using false ID to obstruct justice, second-degree forgery and second-degree possession of forged instrument.
• Mary E. Sheets, 33, female, of McCullough Road, Atmore, was charged with distribution of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.
