June Parilee Agee Deckard, 73, of Atmore, passed away Thursday July 10, 2014, in Atmore.

She was a judicial assistant, born in Linden on June 29, 1941, to the late Narralee and Clarice Glass Agee.

Survivors are her husband, Carl Deckard of Atmore; one son, Richard (Jenna) Deckard of Cherokee Village, Ark.; one daughter, Sherri Edge of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; five brothers, Vernon Agee of Daphne, Thomas Agee of Flomaton, Gary Agee of Warrior, Mike Agee of Dallas, Texas and Dean Agee of Monroeville; five grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

Services were held at noon Saturday, July 12, at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church, with Bro. Ted Bridges officiating. Interment followed in the Walnut Hill Baptist Cemetery. The family received friends from 10:30 a.m. until noon Saturday, July 12, at the Walnut Hill Baptist Church.

Pallbearers were Brent Ward, Kevin Faircloth, Edward Godwin, Lonnie Wilson, Bryon Sawdon and Richard Deckard. Honorary pallbearers were Jason Stabler, Robbie Ferguson, Josh Whitticker and Dusty Burckette.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc., was in charge of all arrangements.
