Jerold Thomas “Jerry” Williams

Jerold Thomas “Jerry” Williams, 65, of Perdido, passed away Monday, Aug. 11, 2014, in Mobile.

He was an engineer, born in Brewton on March 26, 1949, to the late Mabron Z. and Vencile Boone Williams. He served in the U.S. Army during Vietnam and was a member of the Lottie Baptist Church.

Survivors are his wife, Sarah Ann Johnson Williams of Perdido; two sons, Barry Joe Williams of California and George Alme Johnson of Goodway; two daughters, Ginger (Johnny) Ramer of Bay Minette and Jeanette Anderson of California; two sisters, Mary Ann (Richard) Roh and Martha (Steve) Montgomery, both of Fairhope; and four grandchildren, Justin Ramer, Dillon Johnson, Emily Johnson and Jade Anderson.

A graveside memorial was held Saturday, Aug. 16, at 10 a.m., with Bro. Chris Pruitt officiating in Dean Cemetery at Rabon with military honors.

Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home, Inc., was in charge of all arrangements.
