Della Virginia Dreadin, 80, of Huxford, passed away Wednesday, July 1, 2015, at her residence.

She was a homemaker, born in Evergreen on Nov. 2, 1934, to the late Sidney D. and Bessie Bell Hawkins.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Gladdin L. Dreadin; and brothers, Sgt. Kenneth Hawkins, Sidney D. Hawkins Jr. and Paul Ray Hawkins.

Survivors are a son, Robert Dreadin of Huxford; a sister, Lucille H. Robbins of Palm Bay, Fla.; and other relatives and friends.

Services will be Friday July 10, at 10 a.m. from the Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel, with Bro. Billy Hodges officiating. Interment will follow in Barrancas National Cemetery on Friday, July 10, at 2 p.m.

The family will receive friends, Friday July 10, at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home from 9 a.m. until service time at 10 a.m.
