U.S. Rep. Bradley Byrne, R-Ala., will hold a series of town hall meetings in August.
Byrne’s “Conservative Solutions Town Hall Tour” will begin next Monday, Aug. 17, in Poarch and will include stops in Pollard, Brewton and East Brewton.
The town hall tour will include stops in 16 communities throughout southwest Alabama, where Byrne will take questions and listen to concerns of his constituents. He said the tour would also bring attention to some of the solutions to address the wide range of challenges facing the nation.
“From the Iran nuclear deal to illegal immigration, there are serious issues facing our nation, and my Conservative Solutions Town Hall Tour will allow me to hear directly from the people I represent in Congress,” he said. “I encourage everyone to bring their friends and family to attend one of these town hall meetings as we talk about conservative solutions to turn our country around.”
Monday’s schedule is as follows:
• 9 a.m., Poarch Tribal Auditorium;
• 11 a.m., Pollard Town Hall;
• 1:30 p.m., Brewton City Hall;
• 3 p.m., East Brewton City Hall.
