From the Mobile Police Department: The MPD is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Carlos Vernon Wootan. Mr. Wootan is a 64 year old, white male, and may be without his medication. Mr. Wootan was last seen wearing a pullover knit shirt and blue jeans at his residence in Mobile on Dec. 20, 2015.
