PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Barbara Elaine Dailey, PHD, 59, a resident of Philadelphia, Pa. passed away on July 15, 2010 at University of Pennsylvania Hospital.

She was employed by German Town Hospital and Medical Center as a social worker.

She is survived by one daughter, Rhonda Dailey of Pennsylvania, Pa.; one son, Kelly Dailey of Mobile; sisters, Margaret Dailey of Atmore, Celestine Dailey of Philadelphia, Pa., Elizabeth Knight of Snellville, Ga., Verna Dailey of Mobile and Diana Mitchell of Moss Point, Miss.; brothers, Theodore Dailey of Boston, Mass., Mack Dailey of Pascagoula, Miss. and one granddaughter, Jessica Carthorne of Philadelphia, Pa.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010 with viewing from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. at Second Mt. Triumph Church with Bishop Willie Williams officiating and the Rev. Joe Hayes pastor with interment in Fairview Cemetery.
