- The 14th annual Taste of the South was held on Sept. 21 at Heritage Park. Taste winners include South Alabama Vending winning best taste commercial; the Atmore Lions Club winning best taste amateur; Cakes By Myrna winning best dessert; and Southern Care Hospice winning best decorated booth.
