Barry bringing rain to Atmore area

As Hurricane Barry, a category 1 storm, approaches the Louisiana coast, rain will continue to fall in the Atmore area, according to the National Weather Service.
Today, there is an 80 percent chance of showers with new rainfall amounts between a quarter and half of an inch possible, according to the NWS.
Tonight, there may be a shower likely, and a possible thunderstorm. Precipitation is 60 percent.
For the rest of the weekend, there is a 70 percent chance of showers on Sunday, and a 60 percent chance tomorrow night.
At present, Atmore is under a flash flood warning until 6:30 p.m., according to the NWS.
