Escambia County teacher, James Robert Mooney, was charged with sodomizing a student.
An Atmore woman was stabbed with a butcher knife at a local lounge. Her wounds required 30 stitches. The Atmore Police were investigating.
A Century, Fla. man was charged with the kidnaping of his estranged wife. He was being held on a $30,000 bond.
