Mrs. Hazel Worley, 85, of Gulf Breeze, formerly of McDavid, died Sunday, December 2, 2001, at a local nursing home.
She was preceded in death by her husband, A. D. Worley.
Mrs. Worley is survived by her sister, Gladys Frasier and her husband, Cliff, of Atmore; a son, Dr. Douglas Worley and his wife, Hilda, of Milton; a daughter, Glenda Willett and her husband, Dr. Henry Willett, of Pensacola; five grandchildren, Alan Worley and his wife, Shirley, Beth Ennis and her husband, Steve, Mike Willett and his wife, Maria, Cindy Lynch and her husband, Ray and Susie Smithey and her husband, Walt and nine great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be Wednesday
