Mr. Stanford W. Gollotte, 81, passed away on Tues., Oct. 20, 2020 in Mobile.
Mr. Gollotte was a native of Pelahatchie, Miss. and had resided in Mobile for most of his life. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend. He was a retired grocery manager, retired route drive/salesman for Dolly Madison Interstate Brand and Paul Baker Vending Machines.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Margaret Gollotte; parents, Eddie and Annie Gollotte; two sons, D’Wayne Gollotte and Brian Gollotte; granddaughter, Seairra Gollotte; one sister; and two brothers.
He is survived by his two daughters, Darlene (Larry) Walker of Theodore and Charlene (Victor) Allen of Irvington; one brother, Cecil Ray (Peggy) Gollotte of Daphne; three sisters, Gertie Hudson of Wilmer, Mary “Sister” Lewis of Millberry, Ark. and Annette Gollotte of Irvington; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; longtime friends, David and Carol Richtmyre of Pensacola, Fla; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Funeral service is to be held this Sat., Oct. 24, 2020 at 2 p.m. at the Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Burial will follow at Poplar Springs Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Oct. 24, 2020 from 1 p.m. until service time at the Petty Eastside Chapel Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Todd Walker, Joshua Lami, Tyler Walker, Donovan Gollotte, Matthew Gollotte and Cecil Ray Gollotte.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
