An Escambia County school bus and an 18-wheeler were involved in a minor crash Wednesday afternoon off McCullough Road.

It is believed the 18-wheeler sideswiped the mirror of the bus shattering it and the bus driver’s window. Pieces of glass entered the bus striking the driver and possibly some children, so a crew with Atmore Ambulance was dispatched to the scene.

No serious injuries were reported.
