Boston Butts, Fall Festival

Saint Robert Bellarmine Catholic Church will be cooking its delicious smoked Boston butts Oct. 16 and 30, and at our Fall Festival November 5-6. Pickup times on those dates are from 2-5:30 p.m. Cost per Boston Butt is $40. Call to reserve yours at 850-327-4060 or 251-583-8105.

Oct. 18

Ribs on Ridgeley drive thru event, from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. Cost is $25 for a full rack of ribs. There will be a pick up tent in front of The Publican on Ridgeley Street. Call Bub at 251-359-6523 or Mandie at 251-232-0160.

Oct. 18

The Escambia County Republican Party meeting will be held on Mon., Oct. 18, at  6 p.m. at the Atmore City Hall. Guest speaker is State Rep. Wes Allen, candidate for Secretary of State. The public is invited to attend.

The Brewton Lions Club will hold their 17th annual car show on Saturday, October 30, at Camp 31 in downtown Brewton from 8 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. Free for public viewing.
