Escambia County’s Sheldon Williams had cause to celebrate tonight.
Williams was honored after the first period of the Blue Devils’ home game against Flomaton for reaching the 1,000-point milestone.
Williams accomplished the feat, officially, on Dec. 3 when ECHS visited FHS in a regular-season contest.
