An Atmore woman was arrested on drug charges on Feb. 11 at her residence on Highway 31, according to the Atmore Police Department.

Capt. Ken Sessions said Cynthia Craig, 34, of Atmore, was arrested and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance with the intent to distribute.

Sessions said the APD’s Drug Task Force performed a search warrant on Craig’s residence at Canoe Trailer Park, and found 8.2 grams of methamphetamine and a set of digital scales.

Sessions said people saw Craig allegedly dealing drugs, and multiple tips led to the search warrant.
