The Escambia Academy Lady Cougars defeated Sparta 6-4 Tuesday night.

With the win, EA improves to 10-9 overall. The Lady Cougars will play Central Academy on April 18 and Pike Liberal Arts on April 22, with both games at home.

Additionally, EA advances to the AISA Class 1A, Region 2 playoffs, where it will be the No. 2 seed. The Lady Cougars will host the first round on April 25.
