James Darrell Hudson, 49, of Atmore, passed away in his home on Thurs., Aug. 18, 2022.

He is survived by his wife, Tiffany Moore Hudson; his children, DesiRee Passarelli, Zoey Scruggs, Christian Tamez and Destiny Tamez; his grandsons, Raydon and Bobby Passarelli; his mother, Linda Mae Harris; his siblings, Robert “Bob” Hudson (Trudy), Clovis “Peewee” Hudson, Catherine Annette Wilson, Tammy Howard Clark and Melody Hudson Owens (Richard); and numerous nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews who remember their adventures and shenanigans with “Uncle Darrell,” the biggest kid of them all.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Allen Hudson; and his brother, Bill Hudson.

A celebration of life will be held at Shiloh Baptist Church in Saraland on Aug. 27, 2022, at 10 a.m. for family and friends to share memories.

The family wishes to extend our sincerest thanks to the Mobile Infirmary Hospital Cancer Ward, North Baldwin Infirmary (Bay Minette), Thomas Hospital (Fairhope) and to the many friends and co-workers who have provided prayers, encouragement and support.
