Evelyn King, 83, of Perdido, passed away on Dec. 24, 2022 in Fairhope.

She was born on Oct. 23, 1939 in Perdido to Otis Malachi and Rosie Abramovich Stewart.

She is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Franklin King; her son, Roger (Judy) King of Dyas; her daughter, Susan King of Perdido; and her brother, Glenn W. (Marianne) Stewart of Fairhope.

Funeral services will be held today, Wed., Dec. 28, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Michael Hadley officiating. Interment will follow in Bryars-McGill Cemetery in Perdido.

Active pallbearers will be Trever King, Korey Biggs, Marty Hadley, Randy King, Stanley Alldredge and Danny Alldredge.

Visitation will be held today, Dec. 28 from 9:30 a.m. until service time at Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home.
