“When the officer arrived, they observed a female, later identified as Alida Tecun, age 44, of Atmore, leaning against a wall going in and out of consciousness,” McMann said. “When the officer contacted Tecun, she was unable to stand without assistance and had slurred speech. While speaking with Tecun, the officers discovered that she had driven to the store. Tecun gave the officer consent to search her vehicle.”

McMann said while searching the vehicle, the officer discovered several atropine sulfate pills. Tecun was then transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
