A wind advisory has been issued for Atmore on Monday from 4 p.m. until Jan. 9 at 6 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.

According to the NWS, wind could gust as high as 40 miles per hour on Monday. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

Then, on Tuesday, showers and a thunderstorm are forecasted before noon, and the gusts are slated to be as high as 45 miles per hour.
