“The responding officer encountered several people on the property and was informed the unconscious person drank a cocktail consisting of GHB and embalming fluid, or commonly known as scoot,” McMann said. “During the officer’s interaction with the other individuals at the scene, he discovered there may possibly be additional narcotics in camper on the property. The officer contacted Atmore police narcotics investigators who obtained a search warrant.”

McMann said upon executing the search warrant, the investigators discovered methamphetamine, numerous other items that have yet to be identified and numerous other items that are commonly used to ingest narcotics.

McMann said Whiting was transported to Atmore Community Hospital, where she allegedly became irate and confrontational with hospital staff when she thought law enforcement was not present.

Boutwell was treated and released from ACH, McMann said.

Whiting, Nelson, Schinasi and Boutwell were transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
