Lucille King Swift died peacefully on the morning of July 28, 2024, at The Summit in Atmore.
She was born on November 23, 1929 to George Lee Davis and Kitty Morris Davis in Monroe County.
Lucy was predeceased by her husbands; her parents; and her brothers, Chester and Levern Davis.
She is survived by her brother, Alfred Davis (Cheryl); her sisters, Wanda Clark, Glenda Dixon and JoAnn Adams; and her sister in law, Blanche Davis.
Active pallbearers will be Allen Stoner, Monty Clark, Ben Glen, Colt Glen, Jody Calhoun, Les Davis, John Trawick and Alfred Davis.
The family will receive visitors on Sat., August 3, 2024 from 10 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Atmore with the Rev. Kelly Brown and Dr. Kevin Garrett officiating. Interment will follow in Oak Hill Cemetery.
Johnson-Quimby Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
