An Atmore woman was arrested Aug. 5 on possession of drug charges, according to officials.

McMann said at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Monday, Robinson came to the police department to surrender herself in reference to an active misdemeanor warrant for menacing.
“While processing Robinson into the Atmore Municipal Jail, the officers discovered a crystal-like substance that field tested positive for methamphetamine,” McMann said. “Robinson also had a glass pipe with methamphetamine residue.”
