Mrs. Agnes Pauline Pickern, 88, passed away on Sat., Sept. 7, 2024, in Century, Fla. She is preceded in death by her father, O’Bannan McCall; mother, Cynthia Myrl Comalander; husband, Horace Pickern; two sisters, Helen Hughes and Gail Smith; and one brother, Robert McCall.
She is survived by her three sons, the Rev. Gene (Julie) Pickern, of Fort Worth, Texas, Rick (Lonna) Pickern, of Robertsdale and David (Debbie) Pickern, of Robertsdale; one daughter, Jackie (Tommy) Steadham, of Robertsdale; one brother, John (Maxine) McCall, of Bratt, Fla.; three sisters, Nancy Sessions, of Atmore, Annie Bryan, of Atmore and Debbie Cribbs, of Pensacola, Fla.; nine grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held this Thurs., Sept. 12, 2024 at 10 a.m. at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC with Pastor Mike Lynn and Bro. Greg Sellers officiating.
Burial will follow at Godwin Cemetery.
Visitation will be held on Sept. 12, 2024 from 9 a.m. until service time at Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Homes LLC.
Pallbearers will be Mark Pickern, Brian Pickern, Josh Pickern, Matt Pickern, Adam Manning and Jonathan Lynn.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bo Gideons, Luke Pickern, John Manning, Thomas Manning, Eli Lynn, Henry Lynn, Beneah Gideons and Christian Gideons.
Petty-Eastside Chapel Funeral Home LLC of Atmore is in charge of all arrangements.
