The officers contacted English, McMann said.

“English was agitated and was yelling, and cursing,” McMann said. “The officers were unable to calm English down, and placed her under arrest for disorderly conduct.”

McMann said the officer transported English to the Atmore Municipal Jail, and during the booking process, the officer discovered more than 20 grams of snythetic cannabis (spice) in her possession, and items used to ingest narcotics.

She was transported to the Escambia County Detention Center in Brewton.
