Terry Wilson

Terry Wilson formerly of Atmore went home to our savior on June 10, 2011 with his family by his side.

Terry was an avid lover of Muscle Cars. The Chevrolet Corvette and Chevelle were his favorites. Terry would build these fast and impressive cars with the help of his brother Ronnie and beloved uncle Mack. Sometimes they would race these cars. He loved to show them off to his cousin “Sonny.”

Terry was also a very good artist in his spare time. An example of his work is on display at the memorial. Terry was active in student movements/sports in High School at Wiesbaden, Germany. He was also a proud member of the United Auto Workers (UAW). He attended Wayne State University for two years before starting work on the Assembly line building transmissions for Ford motors. He retired from General Motors to enjoy his time with family and friends. Terry was generous, well respected, and would help anyone that needed his assistance. Terry enjoyed a full life his way.
