The report shows that the pair were in a 1995 Chevrolet truck headed east on Whitfield Road near the Berrydale community when it left the road and crossed a creek, striking the embankment and overturning about 11:15 p.m.
Also in the vehicle, according to the Florida Highway Patrol, were Jennifer Payne of Jay and Christy Ennis of Milton. The report shows no one in the vehicle was wearing a seat belt, and were all thrown from it when it overturned.
