The Northview Lady Chiefs suffered a loss in their Tuesday match falling to the Escambia Lady Gators at Escambia High School in Pensacola, Fla.

The Lady Chiefs (4-18, 3-5) were defeated 3-0 in the match. Escambia won 25-19, 25-13 and 25-17 against Northview in the best of five series.

Lady Chiefs senior Josie Docuette paced the Lady Chiefs with two kills, two digs, one ace and one block in the loss.

Northview juniors Morgan Payne and Misty Doran each recorded an ace in the match. Payne also posted two kills, one dig and one block, while Doran recorded four kills, one block and one dig.

Lady Chiefs junior Morgan Payne finished the match with two kills, one ace, one block and one dig.
