Poarch pounds Greenlawn

Babe Ruth Baseball's home stretch began Monday at Tom Byrne Park with the Poarch Creek Indian team being drubbed by the Greenlawn Pharmacy, 9-5.
Elliott Faircloth, Tyler Hochstetler, and Nicholas Flowers led Greenlawn with two runs scored each on the day. Ben Hess, Jamorris Curry, and Shey Gibson pitched in the other Greenlawn runs. Curry added a double on the day.
Dustin Hall, Jon Dean, Kenny Bowens, Michael Mitchell, and Garrett Walley scored the five Poarch runs.
Huddle House 5
Pepsi 1
Tuesday saw an atypically low-scoring game between the Huddle House team and the Pepsi-Cola of Atmore team, with Huddle House coming out on top.
Tyler Brown, Maurice White, Eric Coley, and Reginald Yelder all scored runs on the day for Huddle House. Kyle Chafin also added a triple.
Stephen Yoder scored the lone Pepsi run.

Greenlawn 3
The Pepsi team rebounded in a big way Thursday night at Tom Byrne Park, beating Greenlawn Pharmacy's team 4-3.
Dustin Rolin led Pepsi with two runs scored on the day. Skylar Peacock and Ethan Brooks pitched in the other two Pepsi runs.
Elliott Faircloth and Ben Hess would both score runs on the day for Greenlawn.
