According to officials with the Baldwin County Jail, Will Thomas Brown, 68, of 314 Nathan Road in Atmore was released on a $5,000 bond Thursday. He is still awaiting a hearing.
A press release issued by the Bay Minette Police Department stated that at approximately 11:35 a.m. officers responded to a call of an elderly person locked in a car and unattended at the Wal-Mart located at 701 McMeans Avenue.
