Sheriff’s Office received 95 complaints from Dec.
31-Jan. 6. They also responded to eight domestic calls  and provided
transportation for 26.
The office served 67 civil papers, two domestic escorts, and provided
five funeral escorts.

Bernard Perkins, 28, male, of McPhillips Drive, Daphne, was charged
with two counts of failure to appear.

William Sunday, 40, male, of Apline Road, Atmore, was charged with
possession of marijuana, second degree.

Jan. 5
Dewayne Hammac, 45, male of Stallworth Street, Brewton, was charged
with public intoxication.
Reginald McCants, 38, male, of Trammel Street, Atmore, was charged
with negotiating a worthless negotiable instrument.
William E. Perry, 51, male, of State 21, Atmore, was charged with
disorderly conduct and harassment.

Jan. 6
Earnest R. White, 25, male, of Old Fannie Road, Flomaton, was charged
with domestic violence, third degree assault, possession of drug
paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana, second degree.
Dana Benton, 39, female of Bell Creek Road, Jay, Fla., was charged
with distribution of a controlled substance.
Bryant Johnson, 39, male, of Knoll Loop, Montgomery, was charged with
possession of a forged instrument, second degree.
Jesse L. Campbell, 21, male, of County Road, 398, Cullman, was charged
with violation of probation.
