Covenant Hospice honors all nursing professionals providing care to dying Americans and support to family caregivers during National Nurses Week, May 6 – 12. Nurses are a vital part of the hospice care team that provides care to patients and families living with life-limiting illness.
''Nurses: Strength, Commitment, Compassion" is the theme for this year's National Nurses Week. "Nurses working in end-of-life care bring together the highest levels of strength, commitment and compassion everyday in a way that reflects well on all healthcare professionals," remarked Dale O.
