Mrs. Shelia Fernald Blakely passed away on Monday, April 30, 2012 in Brewton, Alabama.  She was born Feb. 7, 1941 to Raymond and Doris Fernald in Millinocket, Maine.

She graduated from George W. Sterns High School in Millinocket, Maine, and Husson University in Bangor., Maine.  She retired from Great Northern Paper/Georgia Pacific with thirty years of service. She was a member of First Congregational Church of Millinocket, Maine.

Shiela is survived by her husband, Robert Blakely of Brewton; son Matthew Blakely of Birmingham; sisters-in-law Barbara Page of Brewton and Dawn Libby of Veazie, Maine; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A time of visitation will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2012 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. at Craver’s Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to a charity of your choice.
