Mrs. Helen Andrews Parker, 79, died Saturday, January 27, 2001, at her home.
She was a native of Baldwin County and resident of Perdido for 50 years. She was a member of Fretwell Tabernacle.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Eugene Parker and a son, Charles Franklin Stewart.
Mrs. Parker is survived by four sons, Charles Edward Parker of Semmes and Earl Parker, Ray Parker and Donnie D. Parker, all of Perdido; four sisters, Clydine Stewart Downy of Satsuma, Ola Stewart Ramer of Bay Minette and Minnie Stewart Stacey and Betty Parker Eckert, both of Perdido; two sisters, Marie Ramer and Margaret Gill, both of Bay Minette; 33 grandchildren; 61 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Tuesday, January 30 at 10 a.m. at Atmore Memorial Chapel with Pastor Helen Stewart officiating.
Burial was a Bryars McGill Cemetery.
Active pallbearers were David Parker, Earl Hadley, Terry Gill, Brian Gill, Tim Andrews and Charles Scott.
Atmore Memorial Chapel Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
