Atmore Community Hospital will remain fully operational for hospitalized patients and emergency department services as weather produced by Tropical Storm Isaac moves through the area.
Candy McGuyre, public information officer for Baptist Health care, said elective and diagnostic services in Atmore will be suspended from Monday though Wednesday at 5 a.m. Baptist hospitals in Gulf Breeze and Jay will also operate under the same conditions.
McGuyre said ACH Family Physicians and ACH Primary Care offices will be open for regular hours on Tuesday with limited services.
McGuyre said people should keep in mind Baptist Health Care facilities are not severe weather shelters.
