Escambia Academy's doors will open Friday morning for the first day of the 2008-09 school year.
Students should report to school at 7:40 a.m. Friday. They will be dismissed at 12:15 p.m. Monday will be a full day.
Headmaster Betty Warren said she is keyed up for the new year.
"It will be an exciting and great year," she said.
